Bullet rating here = what bullet rating OTB and other websites

you'd have to play on those sites yourself to see the difference really.
#1 Unless other sites give us the identities (and ratings) of their users, there is no way to make a direct comparison of players who use both lichess and other sites.
I have always wondered why the ratings aren't the same - at least for higher rated players. The argument is always "oh Chess.com starts at 1200 and Lichess starts at 1500 so there's your difference".. Once you have your awesome >1900 rating what does it matter if people start at 1500/1200? - you're not playing against them anymore.

Ps. I covet your ratings lol
#5 Ratings aren't the same because:
a) The players and playing conditions (and games played) aren't identical
b) Lichess uses glicko-2 and other sites may use less accurate and precise systems

but in any event, it's just a number...
It's a number that tends to be slightly higher than ELO ratings on other sites, as well as ELO ratings over the board.
well, you cannot really encounter too many cheaters in bullet, even on chess.com, tbh. But to answer the question, I am 1900 here and 1600 chess.com (bullet both). So, just the starting difference.
