Chatting as Anonymous

Hello,

When I play as Anonymous, I can't chat because I need to be logged in.
Other anonymous players can chat, though.
How is that possible?
(I don't mean the pre-defined messages as "Hello" "Good luck" etc.)

Generally I don't chat, but when I get asked something,
it's a bit unfriendly not to respond.
(The player doesn't know that I'm not allowed to chat.)

I would also like to chat anonymously.

It happened several times again that an anonymous user used the chat function while I couldn't respond.

Is it possible that you fix that bug(?)?
Some months ago it was possible without problems.
