Higher ping at daily arena time

Hi

I have 45 ms stable ping during the day, however at 6 pm (daily arena) the ping is going up to 100 (+) ms .

How can I (we) fix this, why is it?

I've seen server lag going up to 50ms, and also being constantly around 25ms in the past few days around 18 CET. It's OK now for me.
