No points refund

Opponent which I reported was banned(Serg_cat03) but I haven't got any points refund yet, has this happened to anyone?
Maybe the fact that he has closed his account caused that.

I always got points back after reporting. Players I reported had account even after they been marked as engine users so it could be reason, but maybe some of the mods here could give correct answer.

I read in another thread that the game needs to be within their 30 most recent (games? wins?) and at most 3 days before they were caught. I see you played him only a day ago, so I guess he just played a lot of games in that time. Hard to check with the account being closed.

Actually, got the same problem with the user Anar2424, who was banned after beating me 3.5-0.5. Never got the points back :)

Well, in my case all the requirements are indeed fulfilled.

#6 I don't think so - he seems to have won well more than 30 rated games since he played you.

#7 It seems you are right. Somehow I thought the rule was a refund for the last 30 games in each time control. In Anar2424 case he played many 30"+0" bullets before being marked. Sorry for the confusion.
