Yeah, puzzle rush is addictive, but I don't think it's good for your chess. It makes you superficial because the time pressure is so great.
It's neither good nor bad. It's not a lesson anyway but more of a test (a fun one indeed). It's a good test on your tactical skill, and tests are only good if you review on your mistakes.
And I don't say Lichess should make exactly like one, but I think Lichess devs are perfectly capable of putting their own twists on it. ;)
