Terra forming mars

however thatll probably be completed in the late future (possibly after we die?)
Actually life started on Mars at same time on Earth.
Aquatic life of bacteria and other microorganisms were on Mars.
But after quite time the planet started losing atmosphere. And CO2 level increased rapidly which killed all microorganisms life that started.
Afterwards it became getting darker and finally became red planet.

Boil it. Some obvious logistical difficulties.
Probably wouldn't do much for the surface temp though.
And would make it hard to find for the future colonists.
Or how about this, start caring about Earth and maybe, just maybe, we might be able to save it. Trust me, it's not that hard, just try buying a electric car and if you can't afford that, try carpooling or public transport. I also heard of this thing called walking that is also good for your health, but a lot of people don't seem to like it. You can also start using cloth bags instead of plastic and believe it or not, coffee can be drunk without a plastic straw. Also, do y'all really need to cut every single tree in existence. Plant a couple of trees in your backyard, it is a good idea. If you are at the beach, please take 10 seconds to throw your trash into the trash can and not the effing ocean. Imagine some rich, powerful guy walked in and threw a trash bag into your house, that is what fish feel when you throw trash in the ocean.

Any scientists and engineers, can you please try and build some machine to purify water. Not something to filter solids out of water, I mean can we make something that takes in some amount of water and makes it drinkable. Like, say you connect it to a 100 liters of water, it would return that water without all the salt and bacteria and other sh!t in their. Also, can more houses get those toilets that use the water that was previously used to wash your hands as the water used to flush. Like, do you really need perfectly clean water to flush your toilet, I certainly don't think so.

Long story short, we need to worry about Earth before Mars, so please, I beg you, do something useful for the planet.

To answer your question: I have heard that boiling red iron oxide turns it into black iron oxide though I don't see how we can boil all of Mars. Though it is good for multiple reasons, it will probably kill all bacteria and viruses we humans have no experience fighting and much more importantly, it will kill the aliens

Edit: Sorry for stealing you response @obladie, I was busy righting my rant and did not refresh the page to check if anyone already said what I was about to say.
Just a fantasy. It's 1000x further than the moon. Easier to live in a volcano or under the sea.
Thanks for the answers guys. Guess it's possible but impractical.Just an idea. :)

How do we go about raising that horrendously low temperature?

So get a huge pan bigger than Mars and put planet on it and also get a very large stove and fire it to boil!
