It is still broken for me as well. It asks me to sign in every time and won't display options when I click on my username. It all started with a server crash when the server aborted my game.
This is likely due to the new Stockfish 13 NNUE version recently introduced which is a memory and CPU hog. Make sure that you don't use the engine.
I was just about to reply describing how the app is glitching prior to any engine even initializing, however, when I just went to open the app (in order to accurately describe the issue) it opened perfectly. Seems to be resolved...at least for me.

It is working this morning with no changes to any settings or versions so it's probably some server side issue affecting a subset of users. So it could reoccur but here's hoping not!
Hello, I have the same issue on my Samsung S21 Android phone, the icon below number of games and players keeps loading and app is unresponsive. This only happens on the home of the app. Clicking on any other section makes the app work smoothly again.
