Give seek option to exclude "1500?" in casual.

Problem:
I choose ± 250 points for the seek range and half the time I'm getting provisional 1500? players who are much stronger than a 1500; they are usually experts or 2000's.

What if we want to play with Zen mode enabled, casual mode, and not have to check their rating every single match? (The point of Zen mode is you don't care their name/rating/chat). For the past year or more if I see they're '1500?' I just abort the game.

How often am I getting 1500? provional players? I downloaded my games, opened sublime text and searched for '1500'.

All games:
11,609 matches 1141/11609 = 10%

When I returned from 6 month break on 4/29/19:
911 matches 97/911 = 11%

Here's a picture showing me text searching, and you can see the little white found item in the minimap I circled. I get tons of them in a row. Sometimes I get 2-3 1500?'s in a row; it happens constantly.

One silly option is to alternate my seek range from 1300-1450, then to 1550-1650. But that is annoying.
